Im a knight and I want to be a Str/Crit/Vit gladiator. IDK what would be the best stat distribution for a gladiator. So could you help me out please (actual number placement of stats on each skill would be nice).

start with 50 vit. then start maxing crt for crt rate. at around 100 crt start raising str, go like 2 str and 1 crt per lvl. if you feel you are a little squishy or you die a lot go back to putting vit again, then go back maxing str and crt. If you feel squishy again then do the same process.
This is what i did before, grind is slow, and hopefully will not make you lose patience. u need lots of pots. go with revita L or xl when when u have less 10k hp. Above 10k or 20k, preferably, use onigiris or thick revitas etc.

kill random mobs to 50 or 70 your choice. doesnt matter.
head to dark wasteland. (You need to be done on a certain part of mq to gain access) grind on dark warriors for level and revitaL. each kill drops a revita L 100%
once youre level 80 do awaiting the goddess quest at kleya, get it from inje man. once youre out of pots go back to dark wasteland and back to ATG again.
once youre 120 do Naga Quest. Get it from the npc near Himmel. you can do this up to 150 until you get solid skin.
From this point mq should be easy so you can rush it to the end or chose to grind.
I recommend killing tigrises if you chose to grind and submitting their drops to some npc near zimov or azimov (confusing names)
levels 150-200 are the slowest part of grind. Some key skills to grind are not there so it is wiser to do mq.
once youre 200 you will get pillar blade. From this point it will be easy. Youre best options are high HP mobs below arranged in my own opinion of difficulty level for gladiator:
1. High Ent 200-220 2. Megaroche/Balor 220-240 3. Nommar 240-260 (Good if you do dirty gear quests too) 4. Baum Warriors 260-300 5. Yarde 260-300+

While quests are still mentioned often, I *rarely* see anyone actually doing them now. Most people level through either Raid 120 or Raid 140 now, as they can also make decent spina selling abilities that drop while they go along.
I find that most raid groups won't complain so long as you're in the thick of things at least trying to help out, instead of sitting by the entry/exit portals. I'd also personally recommend this method as you can start buying better gear for yourself early to make the eventual MQ grind even faster.
Edit: Raid 120 is available from Entrata in Capital City Sofya after you've killed Wizaleon in your MQ. Raid 140 is available in the same place after you've killed Halios in your MQ. You can find raid groups (usually for S1) by searching the Group Chat function under the Community tab in the Menu.

Rich and established players probably can get away without(not sure, you can read other threads regarding gladiator progression) dex... Some go for Tempest Build, some go for a more tanky build....

Rush mq, only if you already have good gear. I think grinding before 200 is not worth it, it's way too slow. Like Skye said, people rarely do quests. I would only do raids for spina, not really efficient for leveling beyond level 120.

Gladiator was the first class i played 2yrs ago so yes it really is hard to level pre-200 or in my case pre-140(X counter was the main leveling skill back then)
